How do I activate Danamon Online Banking?

First, you should register through Danamon Online Banking website (https://www.danamonline.com) or through a Danamon ATM or EDC PINPad and then log in to Danamon Online Banking website in order to activate your Danamon Online Banking User ID and register your Token.

How do I register online with Danamon Online Banking?
  • Customer access to Danamon Online Banking website (https://www.danamonline.com) and select Online Registration menu at the front page.
  • Customer is requested to complete personal data.
  • Customer can use Danamon ATM/Debit Card or Credit Card to register online through Danamon Online Banking website (if you choose to use Danamon ATM/Debit Card for Online Registration, you can link your Danamon Online Banking account with Danamon Credit Cards but if you select Danamon Credit Card to register online, you will not be able to link with your Danamon ATM/Debit Card).
  • After all of your data has been validated, a temporary User ID will be sent through the e-mail address submitted while registering and a temporary Password will be sent via SMS.
Why is my online registration unsuccessful?

For registration with ATM/Debit Card:

  • Make sure you enter a valid and active ATM/Debit Card No.
  • Make sure you enter a valid and active Account No.
  • Make sure you enter a correct Name, based on your ID, submitted to Bank during Account opening.
  • Make sure you enter a correct Mother’s Maiden Name.
  • Make sure you enter a Mobile No. that is registered at Bank.

For registration with Credit Card:

  • Make sure you enter a valid and active Credit Card No.
  • Make sure you enter a correct Embossed Name.
  • Make sure you enter a valid and correct expiry month and year.
  • Make sure you enter a correct Mother’s Maiden Name.
  • Make sure you enter a Mobile No. that is registered at Bank.
How do I register with Danamon Online Banking through an ATM?
  • To register through an ATM, you can use your Danamon ATM/Debit Card, then choose Electronic Banking menu and select Internet Banking Registration.
  • The temporary User ID will be printed on the receipt provided by the Danamon ATM and the Password will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile phone number.
  • You can activate SMS Token after registration is completed by choosing Internet Banking menu and selecting Aktivasi SMS Token menu in Danamon Conventional Branch.
How do I register with Danamon Online Banking through EDC PINPad (Conventional Branch)?
  • Select Internet Banking menu then select Registrasi menu.
  • Swipe Danamon ATM/Debit Card, then insert PIN and mobile phone no.
  • The temporary User ID will be printed on the receipt provided by EDC PINPad and the Password will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile phone number.
  • You can activate SMS Token after registration is completed by choosing Internet Banking menu and selecting Aktivasi SMS Token menu.
Why didn’t I receive my temporary Password via SMS?
  • Make sure you use mobile phone number with one of the following mobile phone service provider: Telkomsel, Indosat, Excelcomindo (XL), and 3 (Hutchison).
  • Make sure you enter a correct mobile phone number.
  • There might be problem with the mobile phone service provider for the undelivered/delayed SMS.
What are the temporary User ID and Password?

The temporary User ID and Password are information that will be required to first log in to Danamon Online Banking website. The temporary User ID and Password are received when registering with Danamon Online Banking and must be changed on the first time you log in to Danamon Online Banking website.

Will the temporary User ID and Password be expired if they are not used within a certain period of time?

If you do not change your temporary User ID and Password through Danamon Online Banking website within fourteen (14) days after registration, they will be expired. Thus, you will be required to re-register online at the Danamon Online Banking website or at Danamon ATM or EDC PINPad in order to get a new temporary User ID and Password.

What if I forget or lose the User ID and/or Password received during registration?

If you have not logged in to the Danamon Online Banking website and change your Temporary User ID and Password, then you can re-register through Danamon Online Banking website or a Danamon ATM, EDC PINPad or contact Hello Danamon to get further information on a User ID.

What if I don’t receive a Password via sms?

You can re-register through Danamon Online Banking website, Danamon ATM or EDC PINPad (Conventional Branch)

Can customers log in at the Danamon Online Banking website immediately after registration?

After obtaining a temporary User ID and Password, you can immediately log in to Danamon Online Banking website.

What is the first thing I must do when I log in at the Danamon Online Banking website?

The first time you login, you will be requested to change your temporary User ID and Password to ensure the privacy of your sensitive personal information.

Why can’t I proceed when changing my temporary User ID and Password?
  • Make sure the length of the new User ID is between 8-20 characters and it can only be letters and/or numbers (no special characters allowed, e.g. " ´ ; < > -- ).
  • Make sure the length of the new Password is exactly 8 characters and it can only be letters and/or numbers (no special characters allowed, e.g. " ´ ; < > -- ).
  • Make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions and tick the checkbox to declare that you agree with the Danamon Online Banking General Terms and Conditions.
Which accounts that will be shown on Danamon Online banking after registration?

Savings, Current, Time Deposit, Loan and Savings Plan accounts within 1 CIF (Customer Identification File) will be displayed on Danamon Online Banking.
