Can Customer use joint account for Danamon Online Banking?

Customer can register to Danamon Online Banking using 'joint or' account or 'joint and' account, but Customer cannot perform financial transaction using 'joint and' account.

Can Customer access Danamon Online Banking if the Debit/ATM Card is blocked?

Customer cannot access Danamon Online Banking if the Debit/ATM Card is blocked. Customer needs to visit the nearest branch to unblock the Debit/ATM Card before being able to access Danamon Online Banking.

Is there any rule in entering transaction data on Danamon Online Banking?

You cannot use the following six characters in any of the transaction data " ' ; < > --

These characters are not allowed to protect and secure Danamon Online Banking from any threat by unauthorized party

When could I do SKN and RTGS Transaction through Danamon Online Banking?

SKN transaction could be done from 06.00 a.m WIB - 01.45 p.m WIB during business day whereas RTGS transaction could be done from 06.00 a.m WIB - 02.00 p.m WIB during business day. Transaction that is submitted after cut off time or during non-business day, will be processed on the next business day.

Is there any cut-off time for Online (ATM Bersama/ALTO/Prima) transfer service?

No, Online (ATM Bersama/ALTO/Prima) transfer service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

What are the benefits of using Online (ATM Bersama/ALTO/Prima) transfer service?

With Online (ATM Bersama/ALTO/Prima) transfer service, funds will be immediately received at the beneficiary’s account and beneficiary’s name will be displayed for confirmation after transaction is submitted.

When can cross currency transfer to Danamon be performed?

Transaction can be performed on business day from 00.00 a.m WIB - 07.00 p.m WIB.

When can interbank foreign currency transfer be performed?

Transaction can be performed on business day from 08.00 a.m WIB - 03.00 p.m WIB.

Is it possible to perform future date and recurring transaction for cross currency transfer to Danamon and interbank foreign currency transfer?
No, only immediate transfer can be performed for cross currency transfer to Danamon and interbank foreign currency transfer.
How to know the exchange rate applied for cross currency transfer to Danamon?
Indicative exchange rate can be viewed on the left hand side of the entry page.
When data has been entered and Preview button is clicked, the latest exchange rate and equivalent amount in beneficiary currency will be displayed on confirmation page.
Can cross currency transfer to Danamon be performed for any currencies?

This feature is only available for currencies based on savings/current account products that are available at Bank Danamon (e.g. IDR, USD, SGD, AUD, NZD, EUR, GBP, JPY).

Available transfer features between Danamon accounts are:

    a. Between the same currency
  • Transactions from Rupiah to Rupiah currency,
  • Transactions from foreign currency to the same foreign currency, and
    b. Between different currencies
  • Transactions from foreign currency to Rupiah,
  • Transactions from foreign currency to other foreign currencies.
  • Transactions from Rupiah to foreign currency (own account transfer only)
How to know the exchange rate applied for interbank foreign currency transfer?
Indicative exchange rate can be viewed on the left hand side of the entry page.
When data has been entered and Preview button is clicked, the latest exchange rate, equivalent amount in sender currency, bank charge and equivalent amount for bank charge will be displayed on confirmation page.
Can interbank foreign currency transfer be performed for any currencies?
This feature is only available for currencies that are allowed for e-channel transaction by Bank Danamon (e.g. AUD, EUR, GBP, HKD, NZD, SGD, USD, JPY).

What should I do if my computer system suddenly turns off or if the Danamon Online Banking stops responding while I am performing transactions?
To ensure that you have successfully completed your transactions, you can check through your Transaction History Menu on Danamon Online Banking website or contact Hello Danamon.
Will I receive a transaction receipt / notification everytime I conduct a financial transaction?
Each time you have finished your financial transaction through Danamon Online Banking, you will be routed to an acknowledgement page with a reference number that can be printed or saved. You will be received SMS and email notification.
What is Danamon Online Banking Online Shopping?
Danamon Online Banking Online Shopping is a facility that is provided by Bank to process customer's payment for purchase transaction via online Merchant (institution that sells and/or provides products and/or services through online website).
How to use Danamon Online Banking Online Shopping?
  1. Access Merchant's website to purchase products and/or services.
  2. Select Danamon Online Banking during the payment process
  3. Customer will be routed to Danamon Online Banking website, specifically for Online Shopping
  4. Enter customer's Danamon Online Banking User ID and Password
  5. Select source of fund for payment, check transaction data, read General Terms & Conditions of Online Shopping Payment through Danamon Online Banking and click Next button
  6. Check all the transaction data, enter Token Secret Code and click Next button
  7. Customer can print and save the payment receipt and click Next button to continue to Merchant's website to have a successful purchase confirmation.
Can customer use the same Danamon Online Banking User ID, Password and Token for Danamon Online Banking Online Shopping transaction?
Yes, Danamon Online Banking Online Shopping transaction has to use Danamon Online Banking User ID, Password and Token.
What types of account that can be use for Online Shopping Payment transaction?
Savings and current account in Rupiah (IDR) can be used for Online Shopping Payment transaction.
Can customer perform purchase through more than one merchants and make payment in one go through Danamon Online Banking?
Customer has to complete Online Shopping Payment one merchant at a time after purchasing products and/or services through Merchant's website.
Is there any timeout period for Danamon Online Banking Online Shopping?
There will be a timeout period of 5 minutes if Customer doesn't perform any activities on Danamon Online Banking Online Shopping website and customer will be routed to a timeout screen. If Customer clicks Next button on timeout screen, Customer will be routed to login page (if payment has not been completed by Customer) or Merchant's website (if payment has been completed by Customer).
Will the display screen for Danamon Online Banking and Danamon Online Banking Online Shopping be the same?

The display screen for Danamon Online Banking Online Shopping will be simpler and focused on completing Online Shopping Payment, without any banner on login page and other menus on transaction page.

What can be the root causes that can prevent customer from logging in to perform Online Shopping Payment?
Few conditions below that can prevent customer from logging in to perform Online Shopping Payment:
  1. Wrong User ID and/or Password
  2. Dormant User ID or blocked User ID because of entering wrong password for 3 consecutive attempts
  3. Temporary User ID (has not performed first time login after registration)
  4. Customer does not have token
  5. Customer does not have savings or current account in IDR (Rupiah)
  6. System is down.
What will happen if Danamon Online Banking Online Shopping screen is closed before performing payment?
Customer has to visit Merchant's website to repeat the purchase or payment process.
Will Online Shopping Payment transaction history be available on Danamon Online Banking?
Yes, Online Shopping Payment transaction will be available on Danamon Online banking on Transaction History menu to view the account movement and balance and on Internet Transaction Record menu with Online Shopping selection to see the detail transaction.
What should be done if process system is timeout during submitting the transaction?
If the process system is timeout, check account movement and balance through Danamon Online Banking via Transaction History menu:
  • If account is debited, confirm with Merchant for the transaction that has been paid.
  • If the account is not debited, customer can repeat the transaction on Merchant's website.
What types of Time Deposit product that can be placed on Danamon Online Banking?

Customer can perform change of instruction on all Time Deposit, that is under the Customer's CIF.

When is the cut off for Time Deposit change of instruction?

Change of instruction can be performed until one day before Time Deposit matures.

Time deposit Advice can be printed at Bank Danamon Branch.

Can Customer break his/her Time Deposit before maturity date via Danamon Online Banking?
