  • Dont give out your Hardware Token PIN to anyone.
  • Change your Token PIN regularly.
  • Do not leave your computer when you are logged in and always log out after finish using Danamon Online Banking.
  • Always refuse when the internet browser offers you to automatically save your User ID and Password.
  • Make sure the connection or other wireless devices used are secured.
  • Get used to delete your browser(s) cache and history after finish using Danamon Online Banking, especially on a shared computer
    (not a personal computer).
  • Protect your computer against viruses and other harmful programs.
  • Get used to check account balance and mutation regularly.

Why can't Customer login and there is information regarding email verification and password renewal on login page?
To improve the security of transaction via Danamon Online Banking, there is a new process for Customer who registers using debit card, except for new Customer who has not performed first time login, to verify email address and change password. Click here to see detail process.
Can Customer continue transaction if Customer is not willing to perform email verification and password renewal?

Customer cannot login and continue doing transaction if Customer is not willing to perform email verification and password renewal.

Why is Customer being routed to change password page after login?

Danamon Online Banking will remind Customer to change password regularly to improve the security of transaction
via Danamon Online Banking.

Is there any timeout period for Danamon Online Banking?

For security reasons, there will be a timeout period of 5 minutes if Customer doesn't perform any activities on Danamon Online Banking website and customer will be routed to a timeout screen. If Customer clicks Next button on timeout screen, Customer will be routed to login page (if payment has not been completed by Customer).
